Personal Life
Tanishk’s initial life was full of challenges and pain. When Tanisk was just 10 years old, his hair turned grey. This visible difference made him a target for bullying by his schoolmates, adding a painful emotional layer to his already difficult journey.
The relentless bullying he faced due to his prematurely grey hair pushed him into a state of depression. Due to this emotional turmoil—he began experiencing panic attacks and other severe issues. By the time he was just 15 years old, he was diagnosed with clinical depression, which also brought with it severe headaches.
Singing Career
Tanishk had loved singing since childhood, but the problems he faced caused him to drift away from music. However, with his parents’ full support and proper medical treatment, he began to recover and reconnect with his passion.
In 2021, he began formal training under the mentorship of the great musician, Shri Prakash Warulkar. This step was transformative. Music and singing helped him a lot in his cure. In 2025 he gave audition for Indian Idol season 16 and got selected among top contestants.
Before Indian Idol he participated in many reality shows and singing competitions. He was among Top 5 contestants at ” Zee Awaaz of Madhya Pradesh”. He also won “Voice of Mahakaushal 2023” and “Voice of Gawalior”.
